are Teaming Up
To Bring 4-Hers a Series of Horsemanship Workshops with the purpose of improving horse handling and riding skills.
Saturday, March 13, 2011 – Barrel Racing and Pole Bending
· 9 am - 12 pm –Youth will have an opportunity to learn skills to improve their performance in a barrel racing and pole bending pattern.
· Cost for participation is a $20 donation to Wildwood Hills Ranch payable on the day of the workshop.
· Guest Clinician: Brenda Diehl- She is a member of the NBHA as well as a director for the Iowa NBHA. Her children have qualified for National Junior High Rodeo Finals and National High School Rodeo Finals.
· Completion of safety clinic/horsemanship assessment is not mandatory for participation in this workshop. Pre-registration is not required.
· 1 pm – 3 pm – Open riding for any Madison County Horse Project member.
Proper riding attire required including heeled boots and ASTM riding helmets.

These workshops will not have a rider limit. They will however, require pre-registration for a 2 hour session with the clinician.
